If your question is about a string we built you, mention your order number and we'll have it in front of us before we reply.
- orders@rivercitystrings.ca — anything at all. What your bow takes, what a set costs, a bow that isn't on our list, an order you've already placed, a tracking number that has stopped moving, or a shop wanting to stock us. What we'd want to know from a dealer is on the dealers page.
- warranty@rivercitystrings.ca — a claim. Send a photo or a short video with it: nine times in ten we can identify the problem from an image and have parts moving the same day. The terms are here.

The bench hours matter more than the store hours if you need something built or a centre serving replaced while you wait. Outside them the shop is open, but the person who builds strings isn't there.
